Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content you posted on Nepali Sahayogi was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To file a valid counter-notification, please provide the following information:

  1. Your Contact Information
    • Your full name.
    • Your mailing address.
    • Your phone number.
    • Your email address.
  2. Identification of Removed Content
    • A description of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
    • Provide the exact URL(s) or location(s) of the removed material.

    Include a statement such as:
    “I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside the United States, the judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.”
  5. Your Signature
    • A physical or electronic signature of the individual submitting the counter-notification.

What Happens Next?

  • Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
    • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
    • Notify the content provider about the takedown.
  • If a counter-notification is filed:
    • We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant.
    • If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright laws.

Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for any content uploaded by users of the site. However, we are committed to removing infringing material upon receiving a valid DMCA notice.
