Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you posted on Nepali Sahayogi was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To file a valid counter-notification, please provide the following information:

- Identification of Removed Content

What Happens Next?
- Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the content provider about the takedown.
- If a counter-notification is filed:
- We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant.
- If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright laws.
Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for any content uploaded by users of the site. However, we are committed to removing infringing material upon receiving a valid DMCA notice.
